At TwoSeven, every item is made to order especially for you using our print-on-demand production partners. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


Returns & Exchanges

Incorrect Size Ordered

Please check all size guides carefully before ordering.

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect colour choice
  • Accidental orders

However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you ordered the wrong size, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we may be able to offer an exchange or replacement at a reduced cost.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unworn and unwashed
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Customer is responsible for return postage costs
  • Replacement item production/shipping costs may apply

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Defective
  • Incorrect due to our error

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn or washed items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised products

Return Process

To request a return or report an issue, email:

Please include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if applicable

Do not send items back without contacting us first.


Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers
  • Delays caused by couriers
  • Lost or stolen parcels marked as delivered

UK Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

As our products are made to order, they may be exempt from standard cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
